Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead sales initiatives across the UAE and GCC travel trade. The ideal candidate comes with strong market relationships, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and a proven ability to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships across the UAE and GCC
- Drive revenue, meet KPIs and achieve business targets
- Lead sales strategies to capture premium accounts
- Represent the company at trade shows, events and partner meetings
- Provide market insights and prepare performance reports
- Support junior sales team members when required
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UAE/GCC travel and tourism
- Strong network within luxury travel trade and hospitality partners
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience with luxury hotels is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel for meetings
