Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in India. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role supporting the operational backbone of a B2B SaaS sales organization. You will help scale a Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist model by improving processes, systems, data quality, and sales productivity. The role combines Salesforce expertise, automation, analytics, process design, and people leadership in a true player-coach environment. You will work closely with BDR and Account Executive teams to strengthen pipeline execution, lead routing, conversion, forecasting, and operational consistency. Your work will directly influence how efficiently sales teams operate and how effectively prospects move from product engagement to enterprise opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales operations professional who enjoys turning complex, manual processes into scalable systems.

Lead and coach a small Sales Operations team responsible for Salesforce administration, reporting, automation, and operational support. Own the operational infrastructure supporting the Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist go-to-market model. Manage BDR operations, including workflow standards, prioritization, discovery processes, and objection-handling playbooks. Design and maintain workflows for high-priority leads, inbound lead routing, Product Qualified Accounts, and sales-assist opportunities. Own day-to-day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, account ownership, workflows, reports, dashboards, and process management. Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track Pro-to-Enterprise conversion, sales coverage, pipeline quality, and operational gaps. Develop attribution logic and maintain a reliable Salesforce account, lead, and opportunity data foundation. Execute large-scale data operations, including ownership changes, lead routing, deduplication, data remediation, and other data-quality initiatives. Maintain accurate data synchronization across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, billing systems, and data warehouse platforms. Build lightweight automation using Salesforce Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, and API-level integrations. Manage weekly sales reporting, pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and forecasting inputs. Translate sales data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales Leadership and senior stakeholders. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve sales productivity, consistency, and execution. Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow standards, documentation, and operational playbooks. Create and deliver enablement for new sales workflows, systems, tools, and processes. Partner closely with BDR and Account Executive teams to improve sales execution, pipeline quality, and conversion rates. Monitor operational performance and proactively identify data, process, and system issues. Continuously improve sales operations through automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements 4–7 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization. Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, including reports, dashboards, data models, account ownership, workflows, and process automation. Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures, CRM hygiene, attribution, routing, data governance, and large-scale data management. Direct experience partnering with BDR/SDR and Account Executive teams, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, quotas, pipeline management, and conversion processes. Experience supporting Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist go-to-market models is highly desirable. Proven experience in a player-coach role, with the ability to manage a team, offshore resources, or contractors while remaining actively involved in hands-on operational work. Strong technical ability to build lightweight automation using Salesforce Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, APIs, or similar technologies. Experience integrating or working across Salesforce and other business systems such as HubSpot, Gong, billing platforms, and data warehouses. Strong understanding of sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline analytics, performance measurement, and operational metrics. Ability to work confidently with large datasets while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and a root-cause-oriented approach to diagnosing operational and system issues. Demonstrated ability to turn manual processes into scalable, repeatable, and well-documented workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to sales leadership and senior executives. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus. Strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and continuous-improvement mindset. Benefits Competitive compensation of approximately INR 12–20 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications. Fully remote, full-time opportunity based in India. High-ownership role with significant influence over sales operations, systems, data, and productivity. Opportunity to work at the intersection of Sales Operations, Salesforce, automation, analytics, and B2B SaaS growth. Player-coach leadership opportunity combining team management with hands-on technical and operational work. Direct exposure to Sales Leadership and the opportunity to translate operational data into strategic business decisions. Opportunity to build scalable systems and processes supporting a Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist sales model. Exposure to a broad modern sales technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, billing platforms, and data warehouse systems. Fast-paced environment with opportunities to drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and conversion.
