This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist based in the United States. This is a fast-paced sales operations role supporting a technology services organization serving a broad range of clients. You will help keep the sales engine running smoothly by managing quotes, data, opportunities, renewals, and administrative workflows. The role combines commercial coordination, data management, problem-solving, and close collaboration with sales, clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will work with manufacturers and suppliers to secure pricing, prepare accurate quotes, and support warranty and software renewal activities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through will be essential as you manage multiple priorities and help sales teams stay on track toward their goals. The position is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates working in Pacific or Mountain time zones and some after-hours updates required. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of sales operations while working in a varied, collaborative, and technology-focused environment.
