Our partner is looking for a Sales Specialist - Data & AI Security - SF Bay based in United States. This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on expanding adoption of data and AI security solutions across large organizations. You will work closely with account executives to identify cross-sell opportunities, develop new business, and grow strategic customer relationships. The role combines consultative selling, complex deal management, executive engagement, and channel development. You will manage a shared territory and own opportunities from initial discovery through close, supported by dedicated technical resources. Success requires the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and communicate compelling business value to senior decision-makers. The environment is fast-moving and technology-focused, with an emphasis on data security, cybersecurity, AI risk, and enterprise resilience. This position is remote within the San Francisco Bay Area and offers significant performance-based earning potential.
Develop and execute territory plans designed to generate repeatable revenue across assigned enterprise accounts. Partner with account executives to identify, qualify, and maximize cross-sell opportunities for data and AI security solutions. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, business-case development, negotiation, and closing. Build trusted relationships with senior executives and other key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor throughout complex buying processes. Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts, CRM records, and sales activity. Collaborate with solution engineers and internal go-to-market teams to support technical engagements and demonstrate customer value. Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners and resellers to expand market reach and accelerate qualified opportunities. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support long-term customer relationships. Requirements 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise security software sales, with a demonstrated history of closing complex software transactions. Strong knowledge of data security, cybersecurity, data management, or related enterprise technology markets. Proven experience managing multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and decision-makers. Established relationships with C-suite executives and enterprise channel partners. Strong consultative selling, business-case development, negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline-management capabilities. Ability to communicate complex technology concepts in terms of business value and customer outcomes. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to build durable customer relationships. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with account executives, technical specialists, partners, and other internal teams. Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while managing a demanding enterprise territory. Benefits Target compensation range of $277,700–$515,800 USD for the San Francisco Bay Area, including base pay and performance-based variable compensation.
