JOB TITLE: SALES TEAM LEAD (BPO & OUTBOUND) LOCATION: REMOTE | US HOURS EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME | INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead with a strong BPO background who knows how to build winning teams from the ground up. You've led sales reps, refined processes, and know the difference between a playbook that gets followed and one that actually drives results. If you've worked with US-based companies remotely and can hold your own in front of leadership, we want to talk. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of outbound sales reps to consistently hit KPIs
- Build and refine sales playbooks based on real performance data and market feedback
- Diagnose performance issues at both team and individual level and act on them quickly
- Manage underperformers directly and confidently — including PIPs and tough conversations
- Oversee daily operations including CRM hygiene, reporting, and workflow management
- Communicate progress and resource needs to leadership in a clear, business-focused way
- Partner with leadership to align team execution with broader company goals Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years leading sales or SDR teams in a BPO environment
- Proven playbook-building experience with real before/after examples
- Must have remote experience working with US-based clients (non-negotiable)
- American accent and strong communication skills (non-negotiable)
- Data-driven approach to quality and performance management
- Operationally minded — comfortable with reporting, process building, and metrics Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
