Salesforce Business Analyst - English & Spanish

This role connects business stakeholders with technical teams to turn operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and help shape solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. The position combines business analysis, Salesforce configuration, testing, data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives, from discovery and solution design through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Strong communication skills will be essential when working with business users, architects, developers, and other stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Map and analyze existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and alignment with Salesforce capabilities and best practices. Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions that address business needs and deliver measurable value. Support Salesforce configuration activities, including workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and other platform functionality. Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards. Develop training materials, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support to encourage effective adoption of Salesforce solutions. Support data management initiatives, including data analysis, migration, cleansing, quality, integrity, and governance. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout project lifecycles. Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights and support informed decision-making. Monitor Salesforce developments, new features, and industry best practices, recommending improvements and supporting continuous innovation. Help manage change and organizational transformation initiatives related to Salesforce adoption and process improvement. Requirements Solid understanding of business operations, organizational processes, and customer-focused service improvement. Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Experience mapping and analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its core functionality, and recommended best practices. Practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects. Experience with functional testing and solution validation, including user acceptance testing. Knowledge of data management principles, including data analysis, migration, quality, integrity, and governance. Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards. Basic project management knowledge and the ability to manage priorities across multiple initiatives. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex or ambiguous business challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
