DIVERSITY & INCLUSION We believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage.   Role Description: Job Title: Devops Support Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru Shift Time: EMEA Overview:   Role Description :    Salesforce Developer: Exp - 6 To 11 Years Level - M3/M4 Salesforce Exp – 4+ Years (with min of 1+ Years of Aura Component Development Exp) Location :- Bangalore As a Sr. Salesforce Developer Must have experience in working with Sales cloud/Service cloud or Force.com platform. Must have at least 1 year experience in building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design system, Lightning Implementation(s) Must have 1 year experience of developing of Aura Components. Must have experience Strong JavaScript skills Sound exposure on Salesforce Process builder, workflows, Email notification mechanism. Hands-on experience on web service development (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) with the lightning component, well versed with security for API development. Well versed with Apex development, writing triggers, handlers, apex classes, exception handling, bulk processing. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, Visual Studio is preferred. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform Experience working on Salesforce platforms along with MuleSoft is preferred Direct experience working on CRM projects for the financial industry is preferred Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and nontechnical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, Teams, face-to-face) Ability to speak and write English fluently, and can produce high quality technical documentation and analysis Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills Knowledge of Agile methodologies Ability to guide/mentor other developers and troubleshoot issues.           If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
