Salesforce Developer w/CLM Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Developer w/CLM Integrations based in Brazil. As a Salesforce Developer, you will design and implement scalable solutions that connect Salesforce with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms and enterprise business systems. You will play a key role in automating contract generation, approvals, document workflows, and lifecycle updates across the quote-to-cash process. The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with integration architecture, automation, and business process optimization. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Legal Operations, Revenue Operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions. Your work will improve contract turnaround times, data synchronization, visibility, and operational efficiency across critical workflows. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges in an international environment.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects to support opportunity, contract, and quote-to-contract workflows. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and CLM platforms, ensuring reliable synchronization of Salesforce data and contract records. Automate contract creation, approval workflows, lifecycle updates, document generation, and eSignature processes. Build secure integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Salesforce Platform Events, and middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar platforms. Partner with Sales Operations, Legal Operations, Revenue Operations, and IT teams to streamline contracting processes and improve automation. Automate approval processes, clause libraries, and contract metadata tracking to increase efficiency and data visibility. Follow Salesforce development and architecture best practices while maintaining code quality through version control and CI/CD pipelines. Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, and Salesforce API frameworks. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Conga CLM, Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, ContractWorks, or similar enterprise solutions. Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integrations. Experience with Git or comparable version control systems, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX, and Agile development environments. Understanding of quote-to-cash or Revenue Operations systems and Salesforce CPQ integrations is a plus. Experience with contract generation tools such as Conga Composer or DocuSign Gen is desirable. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, legal technology, and contract automation workflows is an advantage. Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Integration Architecture Designer certifications are preferred. Advanced English and Spanish communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
