Position title: SAP Customer Success iXp Intern – SAP Experience Center Showcase Support

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Expected start date to end date: November/December 2026 – November 2027

Schedule: 40 HR/week

You bring a genuine interest in customer experience, event planning, and emerging technology — alongside comfort working across both creative and operational tasks with close attention to detail.

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate from an academic program (Preferred Focus Areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); comfortable with AI-assisted content creation
• Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in global, cross-functional environments
• Curiosity in agentic AI, context engineering, and AI data analytics; fast learner with a drive to understand how things work
• Demonstrated interest or experience in event planning and project management; thrives in dynamic environments with grace under pressure

Build It

You'll join a team working on live priorities across the SAP Experience Center and gain cross-functional exposure through the IXP program. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals.

In this role you will:

• Prepare and execute customized customer tours, including space setup, content customization, and broadcasting support
• Coordinate logistics for onsite, virtual, and hybrid customer and partner events with close attention to detail
• Curate AI-driven content for customer showcases and executive briefings — including presentations, reports, and video assets
• Use AI data analytics and context engineering to support post-event analysis and performance tracking
• Maintain the Experience Center environment and coordinate with third-party partners for proactive troubleshooting
• Learn the SAP Experience Center innovation portfolio and present it to customers after gaining proficiency
• Contribute to complex problem solving and strategic projects across North American Experience Centers

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process.
