SAP EWM Consultant

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP FICO solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, leading customer workshops, and supporting projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with clients through on-site assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects, with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

• Participate in SAP EWM testing activities, including preparing and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing activities with business users and key stakeholders.

• Document test results, identify issues and defects, and work with the project team to support their resolution.

• Prepare and maintain SAP EWM process documentation, including business process descriptions, work instructions, and user guides.

• Support the preparation and delivery of SAP EWM user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand warehouse processes and ensure that SAP EWM solutions support their operational requirements.

• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to validate EWM integration with related processes and modules, including MM and SD.

• Participate in workshops, process discussions, and solution validation activities with customers.

• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including user support and knowledge transfer.

• Gradually expand your involvement in solution design, configuration, and other implementation activities as you develop your expertise.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP EWM processes, documentation, and delivery practices.

To Join Our Team, You Need:

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or related SAP Logistics solutions.

• Good functional understanding of SAP EWM processes and warehouse operations.

• Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA, preferably across transformation or implementation projects.

• Experience participating in SAP implementation, testing, support, or transformation projects.

• Experience with SAP EWM testing activities, including test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and UAT.

• Experience creating functional documentation, process documentation, work instructions, or user guides.

• Experience supporting or delivering user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

• Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules, particularly MM and SD.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions and testing scenarios.

• Strong communication, presentation, and customer management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, key users, functional consultants, and technical teams.

• Open-minded team spirit and the ability to work effectively in both small local and large international teams.

• Interest in further developing your skills toward end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and solution delivery.

• SAP EWM certification is an asset.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Valid passport and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.

• Willingness and availability to travel approximately 40%–60% of the time to client sites, including international travel as required by the project.
