The position originates real-estate opportunities, leads transaction and fundraising engagements, coordinates workstreams and milestones, manages client and investor relationships and supports financial models, valuations and transaction execution.
Requirements & qualifications
Master’s degree in real estate, finance or a related field; at least 5 years of relevant experience; strong real-estate transaction, fundraising, modelling and valuation skills; English and French are required, with German an advantage.
