MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Are you a search engine guru? Can you find what you're looking for with just a few keywords? We have a unique opportunity for you to put your skills to the test! Welocalize is looking for an Portuguese (Brazil) speaker in Brazil to help support our client's project as Junior Quality Coordinator . MAIN DUTIES You will be the junior coordinator of our Search Quality Rater project. You will complete tasks both in Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US) . The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of the Junior Quality Coordinator: Performance Analysis ・May analyze data on quality performance, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create related documentation - with support from Quality Coordinators. ・Completes Internal Assessments. ・ Provides feedback on blind test ranges and queries coming from the team. ・ May provide ad-hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client’s expectations. ・Flags raters that show any behavioral concerns. ・ May analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications, as necessary.
