This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Screening Associate based in India. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting U.S.-based employment and education background screening operations. You will be responsible for verifying candidate information directly with employers, HR representatives, universities, and educational institutions. The role combines research, professional communication, accurate documentation, and careful adherence to compliance requirements. You will play an important role in ensuring screening results are complete, accurate, timely, and handled securely. Success requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to consistently meet quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets. You will work within a structured, fast-paced environment with regular interaction across U.S.-focused verification processes.
