This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Scrum Master based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to guide Agile delivery for a large-scale government technology project supporting critical public-sector initiatives. You will facilitate Scrum practices, strengthen collaboration, and help cross-functional software development teams consistently achieve their goals. Working within a CI/CD environment, you will remove impediments and promote efficient, transparent, and high-quality delivery practices. You will partner closely with Product Management, senior client leadership, and business stakeholders to align priorities and improve processes. The role combines hands-on Agile facilitation with coaching, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement. You will help teams become more self-organizing, collaborative, and effective while championing Agile principles and quality practices.
