We are currently looking for an SEA manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. You'll be partnering directly with the rest of the in-house SEA team as well as the brandstores (primarily Womanizer and We-Vibe brands) team, your focus will be on driving efficient in-house growth through our SEA channel on Google, Bing and expanding into LLMs/agentic shopping.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the SEA strategy for brandstores in line with business goals.

Manage spends and budget allocation to meet KPIs.

Optimise account set up and bidding structure to maximise profit and drive growth.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization and testing for continual account growth.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for continuous evolution of Lovehoney Group's SEA accounts.

Track and report on channel KPIs, communicating with the wider business and working with key stakeholders to align goals.

Being an integral part of LHG's SEA team and contributing to projects that drive growth across LHG as a whole.

Bring your particular strengths to the wider team - whether that's Shopping expertise, advanced analytics, or AI/automation architecture, we'll tailor the role to make the most of them and strengthen SEA across LHG.

What You Should Bring

Fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are desirable (but not essential).

Experience using Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to continuously advance LHG, thinking outside of the box to overcome some of the limitations of our industry.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, in addition to advanced knowledge in keyword research and optimisation.

Understanding of how the search landscape is shifting and be ready to tackle emerging channels such as LLM-based advertising, agentic commerce, and Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP).

A naturally curious, self-driven learner who proactively applies AI tools to automate repetitive SEA workflows, stays ahead of industry shifts, and brings new ideas into the team, freeing time for strategic work.

Understanding of a product portfolio with the ability to define targeted approaches for optimal sales strategy.
