Employee will assist in the execution of the technical and operations plan for the Broadcast Engineering group at Super Bowl 61 in Los Angeles, CA. The Super Bowl Broadcast Engineering group is responsible for providing technical labor and services in support of all on-site international partners, various US domestic broadcasters and the NFL World Feed broadcast. Responsibilities On-board all temporary employees hired in support of the Broadcast Engineering group at Super Bowl 61. Coordinate all travel arrangements and on-site logistics related to the core Super Bowl Broadcast Engineering technical and operations crew. Oversee all payroll and travel expense processes for temporary employees ensuring timely and accurate submissions in accordance with NFL Films policy. Secure and coordinate several contracted vendors in support of the Super Bowl Broadcast Engineering operation. Ensure invoicing by vendors is accurate and processed according to NFL Films policy. Assist in the coordination of all on-site broadcast technical services being provided to all clients by the Broadcast Engineering group. Required Qualifications Must have experience working on large scale, sporting event broadcasts in a technical operations capacity. Administrative experience hiring, on-boarding, and processing payroll and expenses for temporary employees. Knowledge of current media broadcast technologies and crew roles and responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working at a Super Bowl in a media broadcast capacity 4+ years working in a sports media technical operations role Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Strong logistics coordination skills Collaborates well with others Highly organized Effective communicator Physical Demands None Travel Travel required. Minimum of one planning trip to Super Bowl 61 site (SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles, CA) On-site for 2+ weeks leading up to and immediately following Super Bowl 61 in Los Angeles, CA. Salary / Pay Range Terms / Expected Hours of Work Average of 35-40 hours per week over designated work period, approximately October 2026 through end of February 2027. Weekends and Evening hours will be required
