Full job description
This permanent virtual role handles seller questions and operational issues, researches policies and account information, troubleshoots Amazon marketplace tools and works to productivity and quality targets. Shifts rotate Sunday through Saturday between 7 AM and 10 PM depending on assignment.
Requirements & qualifications
The official posting requires customer-service experience, C1/C2 proficiency in English and French, and intermediate competency with Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel and online collaboration tools. A suitable home office and qualifying broadband connection are required before employment starts.
