Wat ga je doen?
• Strategische partner voor Label Directors en Business Unit Managers • Ontwikkelen van marketingstrategie en commerciële roadmaps • Vertalen van businessdoelen naar marketingplannen en campagnes • Briefen en coördineren van interne teams (performance marketing, SEO en content) • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en impact van marketingcampagnes • Beheren van marketingbudgetten en marketinginvesteringen • Analyseren van marketingresultaten zoals leadgeneratie, CAC en ROAS • Presenteren van marketinginzichten aan stakeholders • Ondersteunen bij de integratie van nieuwe labels binnen de marketingorganisatie • Je zorgt ervoor dat marketingactiviteiten aansluiten op de commerciële strategie en P&L-doelstellingen van de business.
Wie ben jij?
• 5 - 7 jaar ervaring in marketing, accountmanagement of client services • Ervaring als bijvoorbeeld Account Director, Client Partner, Marketing Manager of Marketing Business Partner • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en marketingstrategie • Begrip van marketingfunnels, marketingbudgetten en commerciële doelstellingen • Analytisch sterk en gewend te sturen op marketing performance • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden • Organisatorisch sterk en gewend meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen
