Senior Account Manager – Technical Lead

This senior-level role combines client relationship management, technical retirement-plan expertise, compliance, and team leadership. You’ll independently manage assigned accounts while serving as a trusted resource for complex administration and regulatory matters. The position involves compliance testing, contribution calculations, government filings, corrections, audits, and year-end deliverables. You’ll work closely with clients, advisors, auditors, payroll teams, and internal colleagues to ensure accurate and timely plan administration. As a technical lead, you’ll mentor account managers, share expertise, and help establish consistent, high-quality service practices. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and special projects that strengthen operational efficiency and client experience.
