This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in India. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a global affiliate marketing program. You will build and scale a diverse network of affiliate partners, from creators and product reviewers to comparison sites and cashback platforms. The role combines relationship management, commercial strategy, performance analysis, and program operations. You will use data to optimize acquisition costs, revenue, return on ad spend, and partner ROI. Working closely with Creative, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams, you will strengthen tracking, attribution, fraud prevention, and measurement. The environment is international, remote-friendly, and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy to shape partner strategy and drive measurable growth.
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies that grow partner recruitment, activation, retention, and revenue across international markets. Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic affiliate partners, including product review sites, comparison platforms, creators, cashback providers, and verified communities. Own affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking setup, promotional offers, contracts, commission structures, incentive programs, payment reconciliation, and ongoing partner support. Analyze affiliate performance across partner types, cohorts, and geographies, monitoring metrics such as conversion quality, revenue, CAC, LTV, ROI, and fraud indicators. Manage commission budgets and recommend reallocations based on partner performance, growth potential, and return on investment. Design and analyze structured tests involving partner incentives, offers, audience segments, commission tiers, and campaign mechanics to improve conversion and engagement. Work with Creative teams to develop promotional assets and materials that support partner activation and campaign performance. Collaborate with Product, Brand, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to improve attribution, tracking, fraud detection, measurement accuracy, and program compliance. Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and affiliate marketing best practices, translating relevant insights into actionable recommendations. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, ideally within a B2C subscription, SaaS, or consumer technology environment. Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling affiliate networks while managing partner performance and commercial relationships. Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms or networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, or comparable solutions. Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to diagnose performance changes, identify high-potential partner segments, and turn data into practical optimization decisions. Solid understanding of affiliate attribution, fraud detection, quality control, conversion measurement, and revenue optimization. Experience making data-driven recommendations around commissions, budgets, incentives, acquisition costs, revenue, and ROI. Ability to communicate performance insights clearly through dashboards, written updates, and structured presentations. Experience managing affiliate partners across multiple international markets. Experience designing, running, and evaluating structured tests or experiments involving partner incentives, offers, or conversion mechanics. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a remote, international environment. High degree of ownership, organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively with limited supervision. Benefits Competitive salary and annual bonus. Medical coverage. Life and accidental insurance. Vacation and various leave options, including flexible, special, and menstrual leave. Professional development opportunities, including education and development reimbursements and professional workshops. Maternity and parental leave. Remote and hybrid working options with flexible working hours. On-site and remote company events throughout the year. Technology, work-from-home, and new-hire allowances. Employee referral program.
