This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Backend Engineer based in Brazil. Join a high-impact engineering environment focused on building practical AI solutions that create measurable business value. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the backend of an AI-powered research and analysis platform built with Python. You’ll work at the intersection of backend engineering, data, LLMs, and agentic systems, helping shape how AI capabilities are integrated into production workflows. The role is highly collaborative and client-facing, requiring close partnership with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll have substantial autonomy over technical delivery, architecture, and roadmap priorities. As the platform evolves, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a technical leadership position with greater influence over architecture and team direction.
