Spreetail is looking for a Senior Analyst who can manage projects, execute tasks, and plan effectively. This person will be a cross-collaborator to align on processes. This role will own and evolve critical tools while building scalable, data-driven solutions that enable teams to manage by exception and make faster, more accurate decisions. The ideal candidate partners cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable insights, develops predictive analytics to guide long-term inventory performance, and ensures operational excellence through robust reporting, SOPs, and training. Additionally, this individual acts as a decision-support leader and mentor, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment across teams to support scalable business growth.

Strategic Analytics and Tooling Leadership : Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory levels and procurement. Tool Development and Management : Oversee and enhance tools like Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR, and FC WBR for efficient and accurate visibility into FC operational processes. Develop new tools required for new business pursuits or advancing current operations. Continuously work towards automating the tools and reducing errors. Enable the functional group to manage by exception vs. refreshing reporting. Support the collection of data required to produce full-scale automation Operational Excellence in Analytics : Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions, adhering to a n SLA set response window. Monitoring, Reporting, and Performance Management : Continuously monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics. Work to produce predictive analytics models that the reporting teams can utilize to support key inventory metrics 1+ years in advance (COH, Receipts, OOS, Inventory Turn, Lost Sales, Allocation %, etc.). Ad Hoc Decision Support : Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions, supporting the inventory management team with necessary data and tools. Ensure the analysis explains business drivers ($s) vs. count metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Alignment : Optimize FC Labor Planning and Fulfillment Operations through data analytics and close collaboration with stakeholders. Accurately predict and surface OTS, Labor Spend, etc at the daily FC level. Management and Development : Mentor entry-level analytics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Bachelor's degree in Economics , Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business analytics. Experience with scripting languages (Python or R). Experience building SQL queries. Experience with Excel (PowerBI, Tableau, and DAX are nice-to-haves).
