Senior Analyst, Pricing and Business Analytics

Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing and Business Analytics based in United States. The Senior Analyst, Pricing and Business Analytics will lead pricing analytics and contribute to core business performance reporting. This is a high-impact, highly visible role partnering closely with Finance and Product teams to measure pricing initiatives and their effect on financial performance and retention. You will design and analyze pricing experiments, develop reporting structures, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic analysis and exposure to senior executive audiences. You will also monitor key business metrics, investigate performance trends, and identify the drivers behind meaningful changes. Working within a detail-oriented Analytics & Finance team, you will help strengthen data-driven decision-making across the business. This position is particularly suited to an analytical, self-driven professional with strong SQL skills and deep experience in pricing and experimentation.

Partner with Product teams to design pricing experiments, proactively identify opportunities for testing, and recommend next steps based on analytical findings. Analyze pricing experiments and synthesize results, clearly communicating findings and their financial impact to Product stakeholders and senior leadership. Build detailed reporting and analytical frameworks to measure pricing performance and quantify its impact on business KPIs and financial results. Monitor core KPI trends and changes, including pricing-related and broader business performance indicators, and conduct follow-up analyses to identify underlying drivers. Maintain KPI metric datasets and ensure reporting structures remain accurate, reliable, and useful for ongoing business analysis. Develop automations and AI-enabled tooling that improve reporting efficiency and enable self-service access to business insights. Work hands-on with complex SQL queries, pricing models, and business analytics to solve problems and support strategic decision-making. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in strategic analytics and pricing analytics, including developing pricing models and analyzing pricing A/B tests. Strong understanding of experimentation principles and best practices, with practical experience analyzing A/B tests. Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to create new tables and schemas on an ad hoc basis. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to investigating complex business questions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior executives. Experience using and building dashboards in Looker or a comparable business intelligence platform. Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail, efficiency, ownership, and follow-through. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in a direct-to-consumer environment, particularly at a subscription-based company, is a plus. Python experience is a plus.
