Your Mission

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who enjoys building trusted data foundations and enabling teams to make better decisions, measure outcomes, and demonstrate the impact of their work. As an Analytics Engineer, you will

  • Build and maintain scalable, production-grade data models and analytics foundations that power decision-making across our 7 international markets
  • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics, evaluate product outcomes, and turn data into actionable insights
  • Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics, reusable semantic models, and scalable data products that help teams answer their own questions and demonstrate the impact of their work
  • Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to accelerate insight generation, improve analytics workflows, and enable stakeholders to interact with data more effectively
  • Continuously improve our analytics platform through robust modeling, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining production data models using SQL and modern transformation tools (e.g. Dataform, SQLMesh or dbt)
  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
  • Experience with BigQuery and a BI tool, ideally Looker
  • Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate questions into scalable analytics solutions
  • A proactive, pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for making data accessible and trustworthy

Bonus points for:

  • Exposure to data science or machine learning applications in a business context
  • Experience with product analytics, event tracking, funnel analysis or experimentation
  • Experience in fast-growing operational businesses (e.g. logistics, marketplaces or field services)
