On behalf of our client, an Architectural Design Office, we are seeking a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Architect will:
- Discuss with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements
- Study local building regulations, urban planning requirements, and other relevant laws
- Evaluate different design solutions and discuss them with the client
- Develop detailed plans and architectural diagrams that include all aspects of the building
- Use design software (like AutoCAD, Revit) to create these drawings
- Communicate and coordinate tasks with contractors and builders
- Review plans and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from the client and other stakeholders
- Receive and evaluate feedback from the client and construction teams to improve the final outcome.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Master’s Degree will be considered a plus
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Experience with NOK and Building Permit processes along with Greek Planning Regulations
- Knowledge of Detail Design & Construction Documentation
- Excellent use of REVIT and AUTOCAD
- Excellent use of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in English
- Project management experience, including directing internal team & communicating with external clients and consultants
- Experience in innovative hospitality and high end residential
