Being part of Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience team will zip you to the cockpit of our ever burgeoning rocketship, where you get to directly shape the experience of the country's next billion e-Commerce users. We are an eclectic mix of 100+ professionals with diverse skill sets ranging from running operations / support, supply chain know-how, analytics and the holy grail, first principles problem solving. At Meesho, we are trying to do what's never been done before - taking e-Commerce to the masses. This leaves us with no choice but to completely reimagine logistics from the ground up, to cater to our customers' price and delivery expectations. That means a host of "zero-to-one" projects (takers, anyone?) to build a supply chain which changes how folks think about e-Commerce not just in India, but globally. We focus on personal growth and fun at work just as much as we do on working hard.
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager - F&E, you'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of the team and processes that you would want to set up. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team, in case your solution requires tech interventions.
Participate in building overall strategy as we shape the expansion of this program and owning key decisions necessary for the rapid scaleup of the program
Closely monitoring logistics control tower metrics driving improvement in fulfilment metrics
Work closely with planning and bizfin teams to provide inputs to allocation changes and improve performance
Drive ops rigour with with operations teams by providing insights for intervention areas
Engage the Meesho Leadership as active stakeholders during business updates and review meetings
The role requires strong generalist problem solving skills and offers mobility across different business verticals within the organization.
B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college
2-4 years of experience, from startups in logistics, e-commerce/ quick commerce, D2C companies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong growth track record
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability
Experience of working in control tower teams any of the e-commerce/ logistics industry preferred
MBA graduates with min. 1-2 years of experience preferred
