This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Automation Testing Engineer (Python) based in India. As a Senior Automation Testing Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of sophisticated cloud-based software solutions. You will design, maintain, and expand automated testing capabilities using Python and Selenium across substantial internal test environments. The role combines hands-on test automation, troubleshooting, framework development, and continuous improvement of quality engineering practices. You will investigate complex issues by analyzing application logs, framework outputs, and traffic data to identify and resolve defects. Working closely with Development, DevOps, TechOps, and network teams, you will help align testing efforts with broader technology and product priorities. You will also contribute to new automation methodologies, improve testing workflows, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and coverage. As a senior member of the team, you will share knowledge and mentor colleagues while helping raise the overall standard of software quality.
