In the context of our exponential growth, we are strengthening our internal engineering team and opening a Senior Backend Software Engineer position in our Core Squad.
About the Core Squad The Core Squad is responsible for the design and development of all key entities of our product, ensuring proper interaction between other squads and services. We also realize the isolation of entities within our application to achieve the convenience of large customers.
As part of the Core Squad, you will: • Design, build, and optimize back-end services for data gathering, processing, and delivery. • Ensure high-quality engineering practices with thorough test coverage, robust metrics, alerts, and clear documentation. • Define and maintain service contracts to ensure seamless communication between systems. • Work closely with the product team to align technical solutions with customer needs.

Our team currently consists of: • 3 QA engineers • 2 backend developers • 2 frontend engineers (shared between two teams) • 1 team lead
What We’re Looking For: • 7+ years in software development within product-focused companies, with at least 3+ years working extensively in Kotlin (preferred) or Java. • Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). • Experience in designing and implementing effective distributed systems. Ability to make architectural decisions and evaluate their impact on system performance, scalability, and reliability. • Strong autonomy and leadership potential, with a willingness to grow into a lead role. • Comfortable working with and improving an existing codebase. • Strong engineering culture, attention to the details, business-centric mindset.
