This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant based in the United States. This is a senior-level consulting role responsible for leading benefits strategy, service delivery, and customer outcomes across an assigned book of business. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex benefits decisions and develop effective, sustainable solutions. The role combines client relationship management, benefits expertise, strategic planning, and collaboration across internal and external partners. You will own customer retention and success while developing account strategies that align benefits programs with broader business objectives. You will also monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, translating relevant changes into practical guidance and education for customers. Working closely with Sales, Technology, Product, and consulting teams, you will identify opportunities to strengthen customer value and improve operational delivery. This fully remote opportunity is well suited to an experienced benefits professional who brings analytical rigor, consultative thinking, strong relationships, and a proactive growth mindset.
