As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's data-driven culture. Your expertise in BI dashboard development and ERP modules will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable insights. • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and develop innovative BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into actionable requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging your expertise in ERP modules.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data validation processes and quality assurance measures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our BI capabilities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to stakeholders, offering guidance on data-driven decision-making and best practices.
• Document and maintain clear and concise business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the effectiveness of BI solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize BI processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in BI dashboard development and ERP modules.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful BI projects.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in BI tools and technologies, including ERP systems.
• Experience in designing and developing user-friendly dashboards and reports.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• A degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in BI or ERP-related disciplines are an advantage.
