The Role As a Senior Consultant in our R&D BC practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
What You’ll Do

Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions

Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting

Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements

Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
-
Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the R&D domain while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas
Qualifications And Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)

Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Safety, Clinical Operations or Regulatory

Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
-
Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
