Position Purpose: Independently owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a complex or business-critical product or capability. Leads cross-functional product discovery, investment planning, solution alignment, and performance evaluation to improve operational effectiveness, reduce manual work, strengthen payment accuracy, and deliver sustainable business value. Influences senior stakeholders and manages significant risks, dependencies, and trade-off decisions across business and technology teams. Assess current-state capabilities, market and industry developments, operating performance, and business needs to identify strategic opportunities. Facilitate cross-functional discussions with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, define investment opportunities, resolve challenges, and advance product roadmaps. Develop and maintain capability roadmaps, strategic priorities, and product investment plans that align business objectives, operational needs, and enterprise strategy.
