Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Technical Consultant Treasury/Finance based in United States. This senior-level role combines business analysis, systems architecture, technical consulting, and Treasury/Finance expertise. You will act as a strategic systems advisor, translating complex business needs into sustainable application and integration solutions. The position provides broad ownership across architecture, requirements, implementation, troubleshooting, vendor management, and technical governance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Data, Product, Systems, IT, banks, vendors, and other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role also involves supporting large-scale initiatives, improving processes, protecting data integrity, and resolving business-critical system issues. You will have opportunities to influence architecture decisions, mentor team members, and shape long-term technology strategies. Develop business and application architecture strategies based on a deep understanding of organizational processes, business needs, applications, and technology capabilities. Serve as a strategic systems advisor, identifying sustainable solutions that align business objectives with technical architecture and operational requirements. Collaborate with Data, Product, Systems, IT, and other technical teams to design and implement integrations between applications and systems. Maintain comprehensive architectural and technical documentation for supported technologies and solutions. Lead architectural review sessions, evaluate proposed solutions, provide technical feedback, and support go/no-go architecture decisions. Lead requirements gathering and refinement for large and highly complex software implementations. Drive solution development and strategy from system architecture, process, delivery, and team management perspectives. Manage and oversee vendors against contractual requirements and defined service levels. Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to team members and contribute to performance and development reviews. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and process-related problems. For major initiatives, evaluate customer requirements, assess technology options, develop tactical and strategic plans, evaluate vendor products, recommend end-to-end solutions, and oversee implementation and deliverable quality. Serve as a product owner for the design, development, enhancement, implementation, and reporting of integrated system solutions. Provide hands-on guidance to teams troubleshooting and resolving business-impacting issues in partnership with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors. Recommend system and application changes that address issues, improve functionality, and enhance operational capabilities. Perform continuous analysis of system and business results and develop strategic recommendations to improve performance. Oversee knowledge-management resources and system procedures, ensuring effective collaboration with business partners and alignment with applicable policies and processes. Coordinate system changes to protect data integrity and ensure controlled implementation. Create and maintain technical procedures and processes while following established service, support, and operational standards. Support production environments, including global 24x7 on-call coverage when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 6+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technical consulting, or a closely related discipline. Experience managing vendors against contractual agreements, service-level requirements, and performance expectations. Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with business, technical, and external stakeholders. Experience planning, implementing, and managing organizational process changes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language tailored to different audiences. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, SQL, or comparable data and reporting tools. Strong ability to work with, analyze, and interpret large datasets. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to identify system or process issues, determine root causes, and design appropriate solutions. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when making technical, operational, and business decisions. Ability to provide 24x7 global production support when required. Experience supporting Treasury systems, ERP Treasury functionality, banking portals, reporting platforms, or other Finance-related applications is strongly preferred. Experience with bank connectivity, bank file transmissions, data feeds, payment files, or banking reporting formats is valuable. Strong understanding of cash management, banking services, financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, and audit documentation is preferred. Experience reviewing reconciliation data, general ledger information, account mapping, or large volumes of financial and system data is an advantage. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal business teams, IT, banks, and vendors to resolve issues, support projects, and communicate status. Experience with process improvement, internal controls, technical documentation, audit requirements, or compliance-related activities is beneficial. Benefits Salary range of $84,000–$141,750 per year, with actual compensation determined by experience and other job-related factors. Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions as part of the compensation package. Remote work arrangement within the United States.
