Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Client Executive based in United States. The Senior Client Executive will work with senior business and IT leaders across mid-market and enterprise organizations to address complex infrastructure, cloud, managed services, and security needs. The role focuses on building executive-level relationships, generating new-logo opportunities, and expanding strategic named accounts. You will lead consultative, service-led sales cycles designed to create measurable customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth. Success requires disciplined territory planning, strong business acumen, and the ability to coordinate sales, technical, operations, and partner resources. The position combines new business development with long-term account growth in a competitive technology market. You will also build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners to create co-selling opportunities and strengthen customer engagement. This is a home-office-based role, with regular travel within the assigned territory as customer and business needs require.
Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with new clients that can benefit from complex technology, cloud, managed services, infrastructure, and security solutions. Build and execute territory plans covering named accounts and target prospects, including account prioritization, executive mapping, partner strategies, and measurable pipeline goals. Identify customers’ business strategies, IT initiatives, operational challenges, purchasing priorities, and key decision-makers to align solutions with business needs. Develop personalized, executive-level messaging across email, phone, meetings, and account-planning activities. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets and manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle. Build and leverage relationships with strategic technology and ecosystem partners to generate co-selling opportunities and expand account access. Maintain accurate pipeline stages, next steps, close plans, activity records, and forecasts in CRM systems to support deal inspection and revenue visibility. Forecast monthly and quarterly bookings accurately and on time. Maintain strong knowledge of managed services, cloud, infrastructure, security, industry trends, competitive offerings, and relevant technology solutions. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, solution architecture, operations, partner, and executive stakeholders to advance opportunities and deliver customer outcomes. Provide responsive, professional, and customer-focused service while handling confidential customer, pricing, contract, partner, and business information with sound judgment. Identify issues, develop tactical and strategic plans, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Requirements 10+ years of successful quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in complex technology solutions, with demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion. Strong knowledge of managed services, data center services, public and private cloud, hybrid infrastructure, consulting, professional services, and related hardware and software solutions. Proven success selling consultative, service-led, multi-year, and subscription-based solutions. Exceptional ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and develop consensus across complex enterprise buying teams. Demonstrated drive to generate new client opportunities while consistently expanding existing customer relationships. Strong discovery, listening, analytical, and consultative skills, with the ability to translate business needs into appropriate solutions. Ability to learn technical products and services quickly and apply that knowledge throughout complex sales cycles. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience selling to New England mid-market and enterprise organizations is preferred, along with knowledge of the regional business community, partner ecosystem, and buyer network. Experience in data centers, managed services, public or private cloud, hybrid infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT consulting is strongly preferred. Experience using structured sales methodologies and CRM discipline to qualify opportunities, develop mutual action plans, assess deal risk, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows-based applications, CRM platforms, collaboration tools, and video-conferencing technology. Benefits Salary: $90,000–$155,161.86, with the actual compensation package determined by factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and business requirements. Work arrangement: Home-office-based role with remote, hybrid, or office-based work depending on territory needs, customer meetings, and business expectations. Career scope: Opportunity to manage strategic enterprise relationships, develop new business, and drive recurring revenue growth. Technology exposure: Work across cloud, managed services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and complex enterprise technology solutions.
