You'll be focused in • Enabling product teams through AWS cloud services, the CI/CD platform, and DevOps best practices. • Designing, building, operating, and continuously improving cloud and CI/CD platforms. • Applying Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering principles. • Driving automation, reliability, observability and operational excellence. • Collaborating with developers, management, security teams, providers, and customers. • Defining and promoting platform standards, guardrails, and best practices. • Managing and prioritizing demands, requirements, and improvement initiatives. • Contributing to product and service management of the Cloud and CI/CD platforms. • Taking ownership of initiatives and drive them from idea to successful implementation. • Acting as Capability Owner or Deputy for areas such as Security, FinOps, Operations, Technical Enablement or Service Governance.
In order to succeed you'll need • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures. • In-Depth knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Pillars. • Experience building and operating highly available cloud platforms. • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (AWS native preferred) • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, SonarQube, and Artifactory. • Knowledge of software development and scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript). • Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability. • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills. • Ability to manage priorities, requirements, and technical decision-making. • Strong quality, security, and automation mindset. • Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have: • ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge. • AWS or DevOps certifications. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects. • Coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing mindset.
