This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst based in the Canada. This role will help build and scale a commercial Deal Desk function within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, high-impact commercial decisions. The position combines hands-on deal execution with process design, governance, and continuous improvement. You’ll help sales teams navigate sophisticated pricing, contracting, quoting, and approval requirements with confidence. There is significant opportunity to introduce automation and AI to streamline quote-to-cash workflows and reduce manual effort. Success will require strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority. This is a remote North American role supporting teams across the United States and Canada, with in-person onboarding in Toronto.
