Senior Compensation & HR Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief As a Senior People Compensation & HR Controlling Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and operating our compensation programs, and HR cost planning processes. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance and business leaders, you will drive compensation governance, salary planning, budgeting and forecasting activities while ensuring data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing international environment.
