Senior Consultant, Financial Services Practice Management

Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant, Financial Services Practice Management based in United States. This role combines financial services consulting, enterprise strategy, program design, and executive engagement within a fast-growing technology environment. You will partner with leadership at large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance organizations to improve advisor and producer practices. The role focuses on designing scalable adoption programs, best-practice content, learning paths, and strategic roadmaps that drive measurable organizational outcomes. You will translate complex operational, technology, and practice-management challenges into practical solutions that can scale across large audiences. As a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert, you will facilitate executive discussions, lead workshops, and represent the organization at industry events. You will also serve as an important voice for enterprise customers, bringing insights and product needs back to internal Product and cross-functional teams. This is a remote opportunity with periodic travel and significant autonomy for a consultant who thrives in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and evolving environment.
