This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant--Human Services Subject Matter Expert based in United States. The Senior Consultant will serve as a human services subject matter expert supporting state Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies on complex transformation and consulting engagements. This role combines deep knowledge of human services programs with project leadership, business operations, process improvement, and client advisory responsibilities. You will lead human services business operations for a major Guam engagement while also contributing specialized expertise to projects supporting other state government clients. Your work will help agencies implement federal regulations and waivers, strengthen business processes, address corrective actions, and improve service delivery. You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and senior client stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions and high-quality deliverables. The position also offers opportunities to mentor consultants, facilitate client discussions, contribute to business development, and strengthen organizational capabilities. This is an impactful opportunity for an experienced public-sector professional who combines subject matter expertise with strong leadership, organization, communication, and client relationship skills.
