This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant, NetSuite Optimization based in United States. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on helping organizations improve operations through optimized Oracle NetSuite solutions. You will lead solution architecture, discovery, roadmap development, and implementation strategies aligned with client business objectives. The role combines functional expertise, technical problem-solving, project leadership, and relationship management. You will assess business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate findings into practical recommendations and scalable solutions. The position also offers opportunities to mentor consultants, contribute to business development, and shape innovative solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem. You will work across multiple projects and industries in a flexible, remote environment that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Serve as a project lead by architecting Oracle NetSuite solutions that address client business objectives while proactively managing risks, timelines, competing solution alternatives, and overall project outcomes. Lead client discovery and design sessions, defining functional requirements and translating business needs into effective NetSuite solutions and implementation approaches. Collect and analyze relevant data, conduct client interviews, prepare reports and deliverables, and act as a lead subject matter expert throughout engagements. Own and maintain client relationships by communicating functional deliverables, work-plan progress, risks, and issues to both clients and internal project leadership. Lead discovery and roadmap development efforts by assessing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and delivering actionable NetSuite recommendations and implementation strategies. Monitor out-of-scope requests and ensure appropriate change-management processes and level-of-effort considerations are clearly communicated. Train, mentor, and coach Consultant I and Consultant II professionals, delegating work appropriately while supporting team development and project delivery. Participate with opportunity leaders and regional teams in business development activities, contributing NetSuite expertise to sales, marketing, cross-selling, events, webinars, and other client-development initiatives. Contribute to research, development, and foundational initiatives that strengthen team capabilities and support innovative NetSuite solutions in the market. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 5+ years of experience within a professional services or consulting environment. 5+ years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite is preferred. Preferred experience with NetSuite Manufacturing and Distribution processes, including Sales & Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and item and record management. Experience working within manufacturing, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations is desirable, with manufacturing experience particularly preferred. Willingness to pursue additional relevant advanced certifications and continuously develop NetSuite expertise. Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while managing pressure, budgets, deadlines, and changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond effectively to unexpected issues or evolving client requirements. Strong client management, relationship-building, communication, and consulting skills. Ability to support sales and marketing initiatives, including cross-selling, events, webinars, whitepapers, and positioning of complementary consulting services. Ability to develop an industry focus and contribute to projects aligned with areas of professional interest and expertise. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio. Benefits Estimated base salary of $88,000–$118,000 , with actual compensation determined by factors including location, skills, experience, education, certifications, business needs, and applicable employment requirements. Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus , subject to applicable participation requirements and individual and organizational performance.
