Full job description
Lead the Guinea legal team and external counsel; advise on project agreements, commercial contracts, infrastructure, joint ventures, regulatory matters, government engagement, disputes, investigations and compliance; and support the Managing Director and in-country senior leadership.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires admission as a lawyer in at least one jurisdiction, at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, experience in Africa or other emerging markets, strong corporate/commercial and major-project legal experience, French-language skills, government/regulatory stakeholder experience and proven legal-team leadership.
