Senior Creative Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist based in Romania. As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll take ownership of the creative strategy behind paid social campaigns for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness business. You’ll turn customer insights, market research, and performance data into compelling concepts that are built to drive measurable growth. From hooks and angles to scripts, briefs, and creative direction, you’ll influence the full creative process from research through execution. You’ll work closely with video editors, designers, UGC creators, and performance-focused marketing stakeholders. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape what gets tested, iterated, and scaled across multiple paid channels. You’ll be part of a results-oriented environment where strong direct-response thinking and creative experimentation are highly valued.
