Governance and standardization: Act as a technical resource during global BMS deployments, providing expert troubleshooting as needed. Address and solve complex technical issues that arise, enhancing system reliability and performance. Implement global standards and identify areas for continuous improvement. Stay current in industry knowledge, driving adoption of new solutions and innovation within the BMS program. Collaborate with partner teams to improve system design, interactions between technology layers, and support infrastructure, improving reliability and availability. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering or industrial controls Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field AND 6+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering or industrial controls OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field AND 8+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering or industrial controls OR equivalent experience. 3+ years technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems. Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of at least four of the following applications required: Eaton Foreseer Battery Monitoring System (FBMS), Schneider Electric PME, Vertiv Alber BXE, BTech BVM, CellWatch NDSL, Generex BACSViewer, Iconics Gen64, PowerShield 8 Link. Experience with automating functions like scripting, SQL queries, and/or MS Flow highly desired but not required. Experience with managing budgets, submitting purchase orders, and project management.
