The role develops always-on nurture and lifecycle programmes across visitor stages, coordinates remarketing and retention activity, supports website/customer-journey optimisation and measures engagement performance. Te Papa highlights CRM/email platforms, marketing automation, segmentation, testing, analytics and privacy-aware customer engagement.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should bring relevant growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement or related digital/performance/content marketing experience, strong eDM capability, hands-on marketing-automation experience and familiarity with CRM/email platforms. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain the legal right to work in New Zealand.
