Lead technical discovery with sales, assess on-premise/cloud/hybrid environments, design architectures for unstructured-data scanning and AI-ready preparation, deliver technical demos, execute proof-of-value installations and integrations, troubleshoot deployment performance, validate outcomes, document production handoffs and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires 5+ years in a customer-facing solutions or architecture role in technology, SaaS or AI; strong hybrid/cloud infrastructure understanding; practical security, IAM and governance knowledge; hands-on deployment capability; AI literacy; and prior remote-work experience with common collaboration tools.
