Senior Data Analyst

Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team—a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses. Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is ideal, with a focus on customer journey analysis, such as checkout processes and customer feedback.
• Familiarity with multiple tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), including CRM systems and platforms like Shopify, demonstrating versatility in handling diverse technologies.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Strong ability to work with clean, high-quality data, but also comfortable navigating and building complex data models to extract meaningful insights efficiently
• Ability to identify pain points and areas where the company is losing customers, providing actionable insights to improve retention.
• Capable of implementing innovative solutions and "hacks" to optimize customer experiences and improve processes.
• Experience working across various industries or domains, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the role.
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, reflecting reliability and dedication.
• Comfortable being the first hire in this area, requiring minimal guidance and showing initiative to build frameworks and strategies independently.
• Bonus if experienced in working with teams across different time zones, showing adaptability and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insights.
• Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadership.
• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to build datasets, conduct robust analyses, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Work closely with other data partners to scale our client’s data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projects.
