Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Partner, Diabetes & Continuous Glucose Monitoring based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to use advanced analytics to improve diabetes care and patient engagement at scale. You’ll focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) programs and recurring patient resupply, translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Your work will help improve adherence, optimize operational workflows, and strengthen patient retention. You’ll collaborate closely with business, product, payer, and technology teams to identify trends and uncover opportunities for measurable improvement. The position combines hands-on SQL and data analysis with stakeholder partnership, requirements gathering, and data storytelling. You’ll join a collaborative healthcare environment where analytics directly supports more proactive, connected, and effective patient outcomes.

Analyze end-to-end CGM and diabetes workflows, from patient eligibility through recurring supply resupply. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs, and deliver scalable analytics solutions. Use Snowflake and SQL to transform raw data into dashboards, performance metrics, and insight-ready reporting. Analyze adherence, shipment cadence, payer requirements, utilization, and patient retention to identify operational and program improvement opportunities. Deliver recurring program reviews and KPI reporting that inform patient resupply strategies and business decisions. Communicate analytical findings through clear data storytelling to influence cross-functional priorities and decisions. Investigate end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve patient and business outcomes. Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, healthcare analytics, operations analytics, or a related field. Strong healthcare domain knowledge, ideally with experience in diabetes, Continuous Glucose Monitoring, pharmacy, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), or chronic disease management. Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, window functions, data validation, and analytical querying. Hands-on experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse. Ability to connect analytical findings to patient, payer, operational, and business outcomes. Experience gathering requirements and translating stakeholder needs into effective dashboards, reports, and analytical deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy in regulated healthcare environments. Customer-first mindset, with the ability to evaluate analytics through the lens of patient experience and care outcomes. Analytical and operational curiosity, with a proactive approach to identifying trends, quantifying challenges, and uncovering scalable improvements. Associate degree or higher is a plus. Direct experience with CGM devices, diabetes supply workflows, or DME distribution models is a plus. Familiarity with CGM metrics such as sensor shipments, refill timing, utilization patterns, and recurring resupply is a plus. Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy requirements, and secure handling of patient data is a plus. Benefits Estimated annual base salary range of $105,000–$140,000 USD , with individual compensation determined by factors including geographic work location, qualifications, experience, and skills. Comprehensive benefits designed to support health, wellbeing, and professional development. Flexible work environment supporting remote work within the United States. Opportunities to contribute to digital health initiatives that improve patient engagement and real-world healthcare outcomes. A collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation, individual expression, and continuous professional growth. Challenging and supportive work focused on using technology and data to make healthcare more connected and proactive.
