Senior Data Reporting Professional

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data & Reporting Professional based in the United States. This is a senior healthcare analytics role supporting a large-scale Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program through advanced reporting, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights that support program oversight and continuous improvement. The role partners with care management, utilization management, quality, finance, compliance, provider operations, and market leadership teams. You’ll design dashboards and reporting solutions that track critical workforce, care, quality, utilization, and regulatory performance indicators. Your analysis will also contribute to contract compliance, state audits, readiness reviews, corrective action planning, and executive-level reporting. This position offers substantial autonomy, with opportunities to identify trends, uncover operational risks, influence strategy, and recommend improvements. The role is fully remote, Monday through Friday, with working hours aligned to Eastern Time and occasional travel for training or meetings.
