This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Deal Strategy and Operations Manager based in United States. The Senior Deal Strategy and Operations Manager will lead the commercial operations behind complex enterprise transactions, ensuring deals are structured effectively and move efficiently through the sales cycle. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, balancing commercial growth with revenue integrity and risk management. You will oversee deal desk activities, pricing strategy, contract standards, and quote-to-cash processes across strategic opportunities. The position also plays a key role in developing business-value cases, supporting competitive RFP responses, and strengthening renewal economics. You will bring structure and discipline to complex transactions while enabling sellers to move quickly within established commercial guardrails. Success requires strong financial judgment, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. This is an autonomous, highly cross-functional opportunity in a fast-moving enterprise B2B technology environment.
