Senior Director, Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Sales based in the United States. The Senior Director, Sales will lead and scale a high-performing sales organization responsible for driving new business across key market segments. This senior leadership role combines sales strategy, revenue growth, organizational development, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead sales leaders and teams while strengthening execution, forecasting, pipeline management, and overall sales efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare technology and the ability to position complex solutions against evolving customer needs and market dynamics. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other go-to-market leaders to shape broader commercial strategy.
